Job Description:
Deskside Support Analyst
We are currently working with a leading global law firm based in central London that is seeking a highly motivated technical support specialist to join their team. The client is open to both experienced 2nd line support analysts and 1st/2nd line analysts looking to take the next step in their careers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line/deskside support for all technology systems and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line technical support, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved.
* Work with the team to manage all local hardware assets and assist with hardware upgrades and tracking
* Provide support for audio visual/video conference meetings and events
Essential Skills and experience:
* Experience providing deskside support in a law firm environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
* Strong knowledge of hardware, printers and laptops.
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Location - 5 days onsite (Central London)
Environment: Office 365, Windows 10, AD, Azure, ITIL framework
