Furniture Sprayer Assistant

Our client is a market-leading joinery specialist who creates bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and premium bespoke kitchens. They have an excellent opportunity for a Sprayer Assistant to join a growing team. They manufacture everything in-house at their workshop (SL3) where this role will be based.
Key tasks:

* Sand and clean surfaces to prepare for staining and painting
* Apply undercoats
* Conducting quality checks – ensuring high standards
* Maintain and clean spraying equipment regularly
* Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:

* Must have 2+ years’ experience in workshop producing joinery, furniture or similar
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Responsible, with a good eye for detail
* Work across multiple jobs at once if required
* Experience working on high end residential projects is a bonus
* Permanent UK residence with good English language skills
Schedule:

* Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (6am – 3pm)
* Overtime/Saturdays (not guaranteed but often available)
Must have a valid CSCS card.
