Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: London
Salary: £30k + £10k commission

A rapidly growing start-up within the HRTech and L&D industry, our client’s unique platform is dramatically changing the way that organisations manage their training and development programs. They’re looking for a confident candidate and natural relationship builder to join their team as the focal point of their sales team!

Role:
* Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with clients
* Clearly present the company offering, service, values, products and projects to prospects and inspire them to partner with the business
* Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team
* Accurately navigate the company’s CRM, Hubspot, when managing leads and tracking interactions
* Liaise closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on outbound strategy and lead generation
* Plan and execute sales campaigns effectively to acquire new clients
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level
* Ideally one year of experience within Sales, with some prospecting/outbound experience
* Proficiency in navigating CRMs, hubspot would be ideal
* Inquisitive, goal oriented, with an innovative approach and entrepreneurial spirit
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Capable working independently and proactively
* Resilient and highly organised
