I am pleased to be working with a successful multi-sited accountancy practice who are looking to add a Will Writer to their team. This role will suit someone that enjoys providing a personal service to clients - you will also work closely with the engagement partner to refer any complex tax advisory work.

Responsibilities:
* Preparing and advising on Wills of various complexity, writing powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation and ensuring that all documents are legally accurate and professionally written
* Providing high quality, timely, professional advice
* Correspondence with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals
* Attending clients in their own environment as required
* Ensuring that all enquiries involving complex trusts, IHT advice etc, are referred to the engagement Partner
To succeed in this role:
* Experience of drafting wills and advising clients in relation to estate planning matters
* Your own means of transport
* STEP or will-writing/estate planning qualification
