We are delighted to be working with an exciting company based in Abingdon that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team due to company growth! In this newly created role you will be supporting the wider finance team, this will suit someone with previous experience that is looking to continue developing - offering up to £30,000.
Key responsibilities:
* Processing accounts payable invoices, supplier statements and queries
* Liaising with the wider company to ensure cost control and processing efficiency
* Collection of overdue fees and credit control
* Managing the relationship with stakeholders
* Monthly payroll processing; timesheet submission, processing for outsourced provider and processing employee changes on systems
* Supporting the management accountant with month end
What they’re looking for:
* Good Excel skills/Google sheets
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Excellent communication skills
* A ’can do’, hands on attitude
