Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the company’s busy inbox.
* Handling all referrals for England and Scotland.
* Identifying children’s needs and matching to prospect foster carers.
* Updating the database with new information.
* Liaising with stakeholders and local authorities regularly.
About You:
* Highly confident with proven customer service experience.
* Strong admin skills with incredible attention to detail.
* Confidently able to speak with a range of professionals.
