Job Description:
A perfect opportunity for those looking to start their career in Accounts or Administration. The successful candidate will join a friendly, well-established company undertaking a range of general administrative duties. You will be responsible for:
* Answer incoming calls and directing enquiries to the correct member of staff
* Monitoring emails and answering as needed
* Inputting invoices on to Sage software
* General purchase ledger duties
* Filing
* General administration, processing documents, inputting data, etc
* Use of Microsoft Office software
The company does not need previous accounts experience, but any previous admin experience could be beneficial but not essential. They’re also happy to consider a motivated college leaver or graduate without previous experience.
