The Role
As a 360 Temp Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industrial driving sector
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets

* Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial driving sector but will consider other sectors.

* Drive: A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
