Job Title: Shift Operator
Salary: £15 per hour!
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
This is a temporary position with the potential to be offered permanent opportunities in the future!
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate packing machinery efficiently and accurately.
* Stack boxes onto pallets according to specified guidelines.
* Weigh, wrap, and label bags and pallets with precision.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
* Utilise a counterbalance forklift to manoeuvre stock safely and effectively.
* Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.
Requirements:
* You must have a valid counterbalance licence
* Previous experience within a factory / working a production line would be preferred.
