Job Description:
Carpenter Multi required - domestic property maintenance response repairs
Responsibilities:
* Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs
* Would be ideal to have a knowledge of Carpentry, with experience of the following an advantage
* Basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling, lock replacements, UPVC / Glazing repairs
Requirements:
* Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
* Full tool set
* Full driving licence
* Van and fuel card provided
