BREEAM Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing energy and sustainability consultancy who provide their specialist services to a range of clients across the UK. They are actively on the lookout for a BREEAM Consultant to join their expanding team in their offices Leeds.
Role responsibilities for a BREEAM Assessor include:
* Deliver BREEAM Assessments from early design stages of projects through to project certification
* Help contribute to the delivery of BREEAM projects and ensure they comply with UK building legislations and standards
* Work alongside architects, engineers, and members of the design team to ensure the environmental impacts of projects are minimised
* Produce technical reports and relevant sustainability strategies and statements
* Take the lead on current projects as well as securing new projects for the company
The ideal BREEAM Assessor will have:
* 2 years’ experience in a relevant role within the construction industry delivering BREEAM assessments throughout all stages of a project
* Have a BREEAM Assessor qualification such as the BREEAM AP or New Construction qualification
* would be beneficial to have experience delivering BREEAM refurbishment or fit out assessments
* experience leading BREEAM projects independently would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
