My client is seeking a Marketing & Prospecting Assistant to support our Adviser Team in identifying and engaging with high-grade contacts. This role requires a candidate with a keen eye for detail, exceptional content writing abilities, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, ensuring all activities adhere to regulations.

Day to Day of the role:

•    Identify and market to new opportunities locally, generating leads for potential clients and introducers.

•    Support advisers with their prospecting activities, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.

•    Monitor leads generated by this role to ensure advisers follow up in a timely manner.

•    Write accurate, engaging content for social media platforms and promotional materials.

•    Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Administration Team as required.

•    Stay up-to-date with template changes, advice notes, and continuous professional development.

•    Perform administrative duties to assist with the workflow of the Practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•    Strong written communication skills with experience in creating content for social media and promotional literature.

•    Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

•    Knowledge of Financial Services Products and Services is desirable.

•    Understanding of relevant regulation and legislation.

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

•    Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills.

•    Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands.

•    Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

•    Enthusiasm for helping clients and commitment to providing first-class client care.
