We are seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience in using hoists to join a dedicated team at a Special Needs School in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance with moving and handling tasks, including using hoists to support students with mobility challenges.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
* Support students with a range of special needs in their educational and daily living activities.

Requirements:
* Proficient in using hoists and other Moving & Handling equipment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred.
