Conveyancing Assistant - Bristol
An acclaimed regional firm is seeking a proactive Conveyancing Assistant to join their vibrant Bristol office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in residential property to support a busy conveyancing team and grow within a supportive legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the management of a diverse caseload of residential property transactions.
* Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, SDLT returns, and other necessary documentation.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of cases.
* Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing role is essential.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and client service skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and manage competing priorities.
