NQ-1PQE
Holborn – office based
£50,000 - £55,000
My client is looking to recruit a solicitor with up to 1 years experience, to join their growing corporate & commercial team. The department acts for a range of clients, from public companies to owner-managed businesses across areas such as;
* Acquisition & Sales
* Asset Transfers and Financing
* Secured Lending & Debt Finance
* Commercial Contracts
* Private Equity & Venture Capital
* Data Protection & Privacy
* IT
* Distribution, Co-operation & Exclusivity Arrangements
* Co-operative Ownership
* Joint Ventures, Partnerships & Shareholder Agreements

About you
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* NQ – 1 PQE with experience gained working in a corporate/commercial team
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be collaborative and a good team player – no silo mentality
