Job Description:
Our client based in a central location is needing an experienced Receptionist to cover for a period of six weeks.
Job Description:
* A first point of contact for the company, welcoming and greeting guests who visit the business.
* Co-ordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
* Customer service role, multi-tasking and stress managing are essential.
* Pleasant and friendly personality
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
* Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
* Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying etc.
* Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist
* Hand on experience with office equipment
* Customer service attitude
