The Role:


* Support the General manager with the development and delivery of the overall site strategic plan.
* Lead and motivate your senior leadership team to deliver business goals.
* Deliver uncompromising service levels to the customer
* Provide leadership and exceptional communication to continue to build engaged teams throughout the site and deliver a strong focus on reward and recognition
* Driving a culture of continuous improvement and process improvement

About You:
* Previous experience as an Factory manager or similar within in a food manufacturing or complex manufacturing environment
* Understanding of the demands of working with retail customers.
* We are seeking strong leadership skills and a clear vision for getting the best out of people and processes.
* Clear problem solving aptitude with strong analytical and decision making skills
* Passionate about quality and able to demonstrate the ability to drive a team to achieve high standards
* Action orientated, able to make important decisions and get things done within business critical time lines.
