The Role:
As a Healthcare Recruitment Resourcer, you will:
* Identify new candidates to onboard to the agency through CV databases, advert responses and Social Media Networking
* Draft and place adverts in various job boards and social media sites
* Headhunt and approach suitable candidates by phone & email
* Use the existing candidate databases to find the right person for vacancies
* Screen prospective candidates by phone, Teams or face to face - Asking set interview questions to establish their experience and qualifications
* Set up new candidates on the applicant tracking system
* Carry out the onboarding checks; Request references, ID documents & application forms
* Ensure candidates move through the onboarding process efficiently to achieve a healthy pool of available workers
* Working towards daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and targets
* Brief candidates about job vacancies available and responsibilities
* Prepare candidate profiles and correspondence for consultants to send to clients for review
* Ensure knowledge of company regulations and statutory legislation
