Accounts Payable Assistant

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client based in Ascot.

The successful Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for:
* Maintenance of the purchase ledger
* Raising Vendor Purchase Orders
* Assist with preparation of mid-month and month-end supplier payment runs for authorisation
* Accurate posting of bank transactions
* Maintain the Fixed Assets Register
* Assisting with Month End and Year End accounting requirements

The Accounts Payable Assistant will have:
* Good basic understanding, working knowledge and experience of working in a finance department or studying/studied towards a finance qualification.
* Proactive, analytical with excellent organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and level of accuracy with an ability to perform well under pressure
* Good customer service skills, with the ability to work well with suppliers, customers and other team members
