The Quantity Surveyor Role
The new Quantity Surveyor will work with clients across real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors, specialising in major programmes, programme management, cost and commercial management, net zero and digital solutions.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will handle commissions of varying sizes depending on the complexity of the project, typically projects fall within the £5m - £10m range across a broad spectrum of sectors.
With an incredibly established senior management team who can offer unrivalled APC support, this could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for more support, fast track training and progression.

The Quantity Surveyor
* MRICS or currently working towards / aspires to be chartered
* Experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction sector, preferably in property and real estate
* Analytical thinker, eager to learn and grow professionally
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
* A RICS accredited degree qualification
* Driven, passionate, and decisive; excels in high-pressure environments
