Job Description:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you have experience in supporting students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)? If so, this Croydon based school is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join their team!

The Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH and EBD needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Providing one-on-one and group support to students, helping them manage their behaviour and emotions.
· Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions.
· Building positive relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive environment.
· Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans.
· Monitoring and tracking student progress and providing regular feedback to the school’s leadership team.
