Job Description Finance ManagerLocation: Conwy (Hybrid)Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Hybrid) I am currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager, we are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of a 3 month ongoing contract with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate.


Summary To undertake work with the Principal Accountant in the compilation, monitoring and review of the ERF Revenue and Capital Budgets, Education Services - Home to School Transport Budget and Human Resources Budget. Provide training and monitor / review work done by ERF finance assistants.
You will be responsible for providing an accountancy function, which includes setting the budget, monitor Income and Expenditure and closure of the service accounts. Monitor and review the work done by Theatre finance staff to evaluate and identify any irregularities.

You MUST: Hold a relevant Professional Accountancy Qualification CCAB (preferably CIPFA qualified or part qualified) with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in an accountancy role.
