Reed Talent Solutions are currently working with a globally recognised Telecoms brand to recruit as a team leader, managing 15 contact centre advisors.
We have exciting opportunities to join our brilliant leadership team in our state-of-the-art Contact Centre in Snowhill, leading a team of front line advisors.
We are looking for someone who has the passion to lead diverse teams, creating great relationships through personal connections to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You will need to demonstrate that you are able:
* To motivate and inspire people to deliver a brilliant and personal service for our customers.
* To be an exceptional coach by understanding, identifying and driving the behaviours that underpin our key metrics and provide additional support when needed
* To lead people through operational changes at all levels showcasing resilience and adaptability
* To support people through periods of absence identifying and removing barriers preventing them returning to work
* To engage and work collaboratively with key stakeholders
* To talk to customers to resolve escalated complaints
Role Information
* Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
* Permanent
* Location: Snowhill, Birmingham
Shift Pattern
* Monday-Fri 8am-4pm
* Weekend work included, with a maxmimum of three weekend days per month
* 37.5 hour per week contract
