Job Description:
Job Title: Supply Chain Forecast and Replenishment Associate
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: Up to £26.11 Per Hour PAYE
12 Month Contract – Possibility of Extension
Key Responsibilities
·      To own and manage the inventory for the UK and Ireland Affiliate. Working with both the GBS and the local affiliate.
·      Ensure forecasts entered in a timely manner into the system.
·      Review on a monthly basis with the relevant Brand Teams the forecasts and ensure continued alignment with both sales and business plan.
·      Ensure stock levels around the LSP depots/ warehouses are adequate for patient demand and meet contracted requirements. In the event of stock outs have the ability and drive to react quickly to resolve – then afterwards undertake an analysis of root cause. In the event of excess inventory work on plan to minimise company loss and action. Report on both on monthly basis.
·      Work with Affiliate quality team to ensure compliance to GDP. Have clear defined agreed processes for all activities.
·      Produce and compile monthly reports for DOS, Inventory reconciliation.
·      Build comprehensive relationships throughout the supply chain. Including but not limited to GBS, 3PL warehouses and Affiliate.
·      New Product launches – devise and implement launch stocking strategy.
In the event of potential stock out manage process:
Ø Identify where stock is, what the demand is.
Ø Ensure emergency quantity kept centrally.
Ø Report daily on stock levels and highlight any areas of stock out and provide action plan.
Ø Provide clear and accurate data to internal departments regarding shipment and sales of products.
Ø Produce daily LSP stock report.
Personal Requirments
·      APICS qualified or Graduate in Supply Chain focused degree.
·      SAP experience in Inventory Management and replenishment (min 2 years)
·      2 years’ experience in replenishment and inventory management using ERP.
·      Ability to build relationships through non face to face communication.
·      Ability to influence upwards.
·      Self starter / self motivated.
·      Look to drive continuous improvement.
·      Target / Goal driven.
·      Awareness and understanding of GDP.
·      Understanding of S&OP process.
·      Analytical and process driven.
·      Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
·      Experience of Tableau would be an advantage.
