Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for customer service professionals to join our client based in the Sutton area.

The Individuals:
* Ideally targeting those with previous customer service experience gained from within a call centre, banking or retail industry - you will thrive working in a business reactive role offering a high level of service.
* Resilient, self-motivation and driven, keen to learn
* Friendly, outgoing and confident communicators
* Individuals who have the self-motivation to work hard and who want an opportunity to pursue a career
* IT savvy and confident to learn new systems
* Someone who wants to work as part of a team, assisting the department with their deadlines
The Role:
* Working in a varied customer service and administrative role, you will be the first point of contact for all service delivery queries and requests, assisting with schedules and general enquiries.
* In this position, you will be the first point of contact for all business clients, communicating via the phone, email and in-house portal. Good spoken and written grammar is a must.
* In return you will receive ongoing training, whilst working in a large and friendly department.
* Hitting required service level targets is imperative
The Finer Points:
* The start date for these positions is the 23rd September 2024
* The roles are being offered on a temp to perm basis
* Hourly rate to reflect £25k
