Job Description:
Job Title: 2nd Line Support
Location: Kettering - Fully In-Office
Day Rate: £250 - £300 per day
Duration: 2 Months / Inside IR35
We are looking for a 2nd Line Support, preferably with a strong background in manufacturing, to work alongside our clients technical architect to support the rollout/replacement of end-user devices.
You will be required to be at their Kettering office 5 days a week, and will need to be able to drive as you may need to travel to Liverpool when required.
Experience Required
* Configuration of laptops and desktops to make sure applications, drive mappings, etc are installed/working correctly.
* Has experience of working on AD and if comfortable creating and populating groups and assigning departmental shares.
* Can provide 1/2nd line support through early life support for an end user device replacement.
* Can follow agreed process and work independently to complete the task.
