With a wealth of experience, the business delivers strategically sound and impactful communications that effectively change and influence the healthcare landscape. We are now looking for a Senior Account Director to join their busy, growing and successful team.
Senior Account Director - Healthcare Advertising
Hitchin - hybrid working from home with Tues/Thurs office based (some flex).
£65-70K plus excellent benefits package.
Position summary:
Looking for a hands-on role where you can lead brand strategy and client relationships in the fast-paced world of healthcare advertising?
We are looking for a Senior Account Director, with experience in delivering promotional and brand work for healthcare clients, to join an award-winning, boutique healthcare advertising agency.
To be successful in this role:
You will be an ambitious Senior Account Manager ready to take the next big step in their career, or an experienced Account Director/Senior Account Director seeking a new role where your enterprising mindset and deep experience will be highly valued. You will have healthcare advertising and communications experience plus other requirements for this role which include:
* Brand strategy: you will bring experience in brand and creative strategy, offering ideas that your healthcare clients love
* An omnichannel mindset: you can develop and pitch strategies that deliver across all content types
* Enterprising and intrapreneurial: you will be big on ideas and enthusiasm for high-quality work, seeking to inspire those around you
* Serious client service skills: you will be a natural at maintaining and nurturing relationships, with many years of experience as a senior account manager or account director in healthcare communications and advertising
* Sleeves up, hands on: whatever you want to call it, you will be happy when it comes to getting stuck in to all sorts of tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of impactful work
* A desire to nurture others: you will be passionate about coaching and mentoring less experienced members of the team, helping them to develop their skills for the benefit of the agency and their future
Job role and responsibilities:
* Local, international: work across a variety of local and international brands, with products in therapy areas like rare diseases, oncology and neurology
* All things client service: leading accounts and the briefing process for new projects, contributing to client strategy and creative, overseeing projects and above all, ensuring the delivery of impeccable work and service
