Are you a seasoned tax professional looking for a dynamic opportunity to lead and excel in a collaborative environment? I am searching for a Senior Transactional Tax Manager to join a great firm and contribute to exciting tax advisory projects alongside partners and directors.
What will you be doing?
* Managing tax advisory projects alongside Partners and Directors
* Draft and review tax advisory reports
* Provide technical tax support to team members
* Developing and supporting the tax team
* Creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients
The successful candidate
* Will be CTA or ADIT qualified
* Will have sound technical knowledge and relevant M&A experience
* Strong commercial awareness
This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm where you can get involved in projects such as capital reduction demergers, disposals of businesses to EOTs and structing sales & leaseback transactions.
