Huntswood is looking for Financial Assistance Agents with collections experience to join a large project for a leading retail bank. If you have experience working with secured finance products, can identify vulnerable customers and a great telephony manner, then we have a distinguished role for you.
You will be supporting our client by dealing with outbound and inbound calls from customer who are in financial difficulty and producing a resolution that works for the customer and the bank to recoup monies owed.
Start Date: Monday 30th September 2024
Day Rate: £150 a day plus discretionary bonus on contract completion - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can help you with this.
Location: Work from Home
Working hours: 37.5 hours a week - shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9am-5pm - You must be available to cover all shifts between this period as it is on a rotational basis.

What Huntswood is looking for:
* A minimum of 1 years collections/financial assistance experience for a Financial Services company
* Experience and knowledge of secured lending products, such as motor finance or mortgages
* Ability to identify and deal with vulnerable customers in an empathetic way
* Flexibility to work shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday
* Suitable workspace at home with strong broadband connection
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
* Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
