* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
* Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
