Job Description:
1st/2nd Line IT Helpdesk Support
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a professional IT Helpdesk Support on behalf of an SME based in Sutton. This position will be office based, we are seeking someone who will be confident in supporting and managing the company’s computer systems. You must be happy to deal with smaller day-to-day IT issues; along with meatier technical IT problems.
Duties:
* Setting up new user accounts, equipment, laptops etc.
* Provide 1st line support to users for all software hardware and network issues, escalating where necessary
* Provide functional technical support for all users ensuring the software runs efficiently
* Managing Software and licence agreements
To be successful you’ll possess:
* Educated to degree level within a Computer Science / IT Degree
* Previous IT support experience, 6 months minimum
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Be computer literate - MS Server, Active Directory
* Live locally to Sutton
