ROLE: Project Fulfilment Manager
SALARY: Up to £45,000 DOE
LOCATION: Lichfield (office based)
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading business, based in Lichfield, who are looking to recruit a Project Fulfilment Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading business, who have been well established for over 25 years.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have experience of leading a team within a customer service or project-based setting.
The successful individual will be responsible for overseeing the full project life-cycle; from onboarding the customer to managing the aftercare process.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Leading the project and key accounts team.
* Supervising a variety of projects across multiple companies.
* Cultivating strong customer relationships and maintaining regular communication.
* Coordinating with procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.
* Collaborating with engineers to schedule work, including coordination with subcontractors.
* Arranging repair visits by working closely with after-care engineers.
* Coordinating with technical and finance teams for project alignment.
* Ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
* Addressing and responding to email inquiries.
* Providing technical support when required.
* Offering timely feedback to customers.
