Management Accountant (Part Qualified)
Watford (Hybrid)
£35,000 + Study support
£250m privately-owned construction company is seeking to hire a part qualified Management Accountant.
Main responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of the monthly management accounts pack (Balance sheet, P&L, variance analysis)
* Assist with budgets, forecasts and reforecasts
* Assist with the month end close, ensuring accuracy of work and deadlines met
* Assist the Finance Manager in the production of the VAT and CIS returns
* Cashflow reporting
* Regular project reporting for submission to project managers
Your background
* Part qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Interest in the real estate sector
* Team player with high attention to detail
* Good with systems (COINS experience an advantage)
* Takes initiative
