£45,000 basic plus up to £15,000 bonus and package.

****Hybrid role in London office 2 days a week****
An Artificial Intelligence (AI) company are looking for a Technical Account Manager to play a major part in the development and implementation of their AI solutions to enhance customer experience and improve satisfaction.
You’ll have 3+ years of experience in a client facing role with a working understanding of data science, strong mathematical skills and an ability to develop lasting client relationships to join their team as they expand the business.
Responsibilities:
* Account Management
* Respond in a timely way to product and client related inquiries.
* Help to implement and launch client projects.
* Inform and advise clients about the AI solution and its potential uses.
* Document customer needs and report customer feedback.
* Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
Skills
* 3 years minimum of experience in an account management/technical support role
* Bachelor’s Degree in Maths, Computer Science or related field.
* Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite, and CRM Management.
* Top level understanding of Python and JSON.
* Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence principles
