Job Description:
Finance Assistant – Coventry – c.£25,000
This is initially a 12 month contract
You will look to assist and support the Finance team with the day-to-day finances.
Reporting to the Finance Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include managing purchase orders, supporting credit control, and assisting with purchase ledger tasks.
What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for a variety of finance-related tasks such as:
* Raising purchase orders and ensuring accurate financial records
* Supporting credit control and assisting with collections
* Assisting with purchase ledger duties and payment processing
* Handling office telephone calls and general finance administration
You’ll need to be comfortable being ’jack of all trades’ in the accounts team and happy juggling different tasks.
