Senior Air Quality Consultant
My client is an international multidisciplinary firm with expertise in design, architecture, environmental, and building consultancy services. They operate on 6 different continents and have over 450 locations across the globe. Their projects include healthcare, rail, energy, data centers, and brownfield developments.
Requirements:
* A complete understanding of UK Planning and regulations in relation to Air Quality and other Environmental factors
* Experience in using dispersion modeling software packages including: (ADMS Roads, AERMOD, or ADMS5)
* Experience working with a wide range of different stakeholders on a project in addition to excellent communication skills and an ability to win new projects
* Holds a BSc or an MSc in a relevant subject in addition to membership of the IAQM
Duties:
* Handle site appraisals and consult with key stakeholders to ensure the project life cycle runs smoothly throughout
* Prepare and develop client applications, and prepare all documentation and environmental compliance reports
* Undertake air quality modeling using tools such as AERMOD, CALPUFF, or SLAB in addition to source testing including measuring emissions rates and ambient monitoring required predevelopment
