Job Role: Clinical Negligence Solicitor/FCILEX or Equivalent
Location: West Yorkshire - (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Full Time or Part Time
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
A well-established law firm in West Yorkshire, with 5+ offices, is seeking a skilled Solicitor, FCILEX or equivalent, with a strong background in Clinical Negligence to join their Clinical Negligence team. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a competitive salary that is negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters with potential involvement in Personal Injury cases.
* Providing expert legal advice and maintaining high standards of client care.
* Collaborating with a supportive team in a hybrid work environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX, or equivalent legal experience.
* Expertise in Clinical Negligence
* Ability to handle a Clinical Negligence caseload from instruction to settlement
* Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* IT literate, capable of working within a paper-lite system.
