Role Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or someone eager to launch their career in a thriving industry. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience, receive expert mentorship, and work on key projects that drive the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities: * Support the design, development, and testing of innovative products and processes.
* Work closely with senior engineers to contribute to ongoing projects.
* Acquire and implement industry-standard tools and methodologies.
* Engage in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation.
* Visit client sites and assist in creating sales quotations.
Ideal Candidate: * Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive preferred).
* Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a proactive learning attitude.
* Experience: Prior experience is not essential, but internships or project work in an engineering setting is advantageous.
* Requirements: Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship required), valid driver’s license, and living within commuting distance of Nottingham.
