Lloyd Recruitment are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our clients growing team on the outskirts of East Grinstead. Salary and Benefits:
* Salary up to £29,000 per annum
* Hybrid working
* 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays
* Free parking
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional sales and product support to customer by accurately processing and responding to daily enquiries from both customer and suppliers
* Create and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
* Accurately enter and process orders received through phone calls and emails,
* Prepare and manage daily quotations, including follow up activities, to drive business growth
* Maintain and update internal sale systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate
* Process sales orders efficiently and update IT system accurately
Desirable Skills:
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organisational skills
* Ability to manage time and workload effectively
* IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Previous experience in a similar role (Preferred but not essential)
