Senior Management AccountantAbout the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Management Accountant to join a fast growing business in Whiteley. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will oversee the Management Accounting and Revenue Assurance teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities * Financial Analysis and Reporting: Produce and analyse monthly management accounts, KPIs, and cash flow forecasts to provide actionable insights to the Executive Leadership Team .
* Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
* Revenue Assurance: Oversee revenue reconciliation processes, minimizing revenue leakage and maximizing profitability.
* Team Leadership: Manage and develop the Management Accounting and Revenue Assurance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.
Required Skills and Experience * Fully qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA)
* Proven experience in a management accounting role
* Revenue accounting experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
* Experience in the telecoms, retail or services industries is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
