Prospero Teaching are looking for a Geography Teacher to join a reputable Secondary School in Wakefield this September.
The ideal candidate will be able to
* Plan and Deliver high quality lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Manage behaviour effectively
* Engage and work effectively with other members of staff.
This position is full-time and likely to extend.
This position is open to NQTs and ECTs looking to gain more experience in a UK secondary school.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
* Location - Wakefield
* Position - Geography Teacher
* Start Date - September 2024
* End Date - July 2025
* Contract Type: Long term / Perm
* Hours - 08:00 - 16:00
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous experience working in a UK school.
* Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential).
* QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent.
* Geography related degree.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references
