Job Description:
Open GI Systems Support Analyst
Location: UK 
We are currently seeking a Open GI System Support Analyst, who will join the system development team where the focus is to maintain, design, develop and test software to enhance the functionality of business applications.
Responsibilities
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company and reduce costs.
• Delivering good outcomes for customers and putting the customer’s interests first.
• Ensure the customer understands what we sell and support the customer in anyway you can.
• Monitor and maintain the key business applications most notably Open GI.
• Designing and developing software enhancements.
• Engage in development projects with other departments and stakeholders.
• Documenting system developments and processes.
• Providing technical support on the applications.

Experience
• Excellent understanding of Open GI Core and the different parts of the application.
• Previous experience in development of Open GI is necessary.
• Insurance related experience required.
We take a hybrid approach to working. For most colleagues, this means being in the office two or three days a week and the rest of the time working from wherever is best for them and their team.
