Job Description:
Our well-known and highly reputed professional services client are currently looking for a Business Development superstar to join their National Business Development Team.
Based in Nottingham, this role gives the successful applicant the opportunity to work alongside some of the most highly respected professionals who are operating at the top of their careers.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
* Current or recent experience of working in a business-to-business sales team where relationship management is key
* Natural hardworking and achievement focused persona who loves to pioneer and spearhead new projects and take them forward
* Confident, demonstrable key stakeholder management skills
* Excellent knowleddge of wider business development aspects to include strategies around client development and usage of CRM Systems for effective results
* A true ability to build strong, trusted business relationships with individuals at all levels
The ideal candidate will have worked within a professional services business and be confident within their ability to deliver consistently and achieve realistic targets.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
* Focusing on the East Midlands and delivering impactful business development initiatives
* Completing research and identifying target markets and developing ideas which will provide new business opportunities.
* Developing tangible BD pipelines and producing pipeline reports to help support the delivery of any active business development plans
* Getting involved with the planning, running and delivery of business development focused events
* Attending a wide range of networking events
* Developing meaningful commercial relationships with intermediaries within the define area
* Working alongside colleagues to develop both compelling and engaging sales pitches and presentations based on targeted areas of business development
* Achieving objectives and targets in line with business expectations

Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £31,000 plus company bonus structure
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
25 days holiday
