Job Description:
My client is a large and prestigious trading company based in the city of London.
They are now hiring a Personal & Team Assistant to work across two teams in the business covering a 15-month maternity contract.
This role will provide multiple MDs & VPs with administrative support and be part of a collaborative, friendly, and busy working culture.
The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant within financial services, looking after senior management.
Duties:
* Extensive diary management for internal and external meetings.
* Arranging meeting rooms and catering.
* Extensive travel arrangements.
* Prepare expense claims.
* Budget tracking.
* Raising of purchase orders.
* Preparing PowerPoint presentations for department meetings.
* Preparing documentation for meetings.
* Supporting in IT issues.
* Assisting the other EA’s where required.
Skills/experience required:
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant, working for senior management.
* Experience in a trading or financial company.
* Highly organized and can adapt to forever-changing environments.
* Proficient in all MS Packages, including PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
