Position: Repair Coordinator

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of the successful Repair Coordinator:
* Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency repair activities.
* Communicate with clients to arrange service appointments and address inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of repair activities, parts inventory, and service reports.
* Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
* Monitor and manage repair schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
* Provide administrative support to the repair team, including processing work orders and managing documentation.
Requirements of the successful Repair Coordinator:
* Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
* Past experience in the lift industry.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
