Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are looking for experienced Food Production Operatives and based in Shaftesbury, Poole.
This exciting position has start dates as early as September!

* This is an awesome position working in a dynamic and fast-expanding company. Basic experience working in a production/manufacturing background is required, all basic training will be carried out to refresh your brains!
Additional information:
Monday to Friday only, with the following shift rotations:
* 06:00am -14:00pm
* 14:00pm - 22:00pm - 2 shift pattern, Monday to Friday
* £11.71 per hour
Benefits:
* No weekends!
* Weekend overtime rate available after 37 hours
* Great canteen facilities

* All PPE provided
* 23 days holiday
* 8 days bank holiday

* Flexible hours with day and night shifts
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Decanting finished products off rack’s
* You will ensure that all food is stored away correctly
* Pack all finished items off the line into the relevant packaging.
* You will be involved in assisting in all areas of production from manufacturing, packing and Dispatch
* You will ensure that all trays, equipment, and your work area are kept clean and tidy.
* Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met regarding quality and efficiency
* Maintaining great attention to detail across all work stations
* ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machines.
* following standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Essential Criteria:
* Excellent track record of time keeping and attendance
* Ability to stand for long periods and good level of physical fitness
* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, and follow instructions.
* Manufacturing background
* Previous production/packing experience
Desirable Criteria
* Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working towards targets
* Ideally a full clean UK driving license due to location
