Overview

GBS Buck are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to make a significant impact on our business. You will partner with our top clients, strategically develop their portfolios, and identify opportunities for growth. In addition, you will lead a team of Client Relationship Managers, ensuring their professional development and succession planning. Your role will be crucial in supporting our clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

How you’ll make an impact

* Deliver client expectations and meet commercial contract obligations.
* Support client strategy and identify further opportunities.
* Lead client meetings and communicate decisions and actions to the delivery team.
* Manage client escalation process and keep stakeholders updated.
* Maximize contract revenue and resolve claims and commercial issues.
* Deliver client communications and support operational changes.
* Ensure effective management and delivery of services to key clients.
* Maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Motivate and develop the Client Relationship Managers.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and requirements.

About You

* APMI or qualified by experience.
* Minimum 15 years’ client-facing experience in Pension scheme administration.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Deep understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
* Proven track record of client retention and timely dispute resolution.
* Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
* Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems.
