Role Responsibilities
* Responsible for the MasterTrust’s adherence to legislative & regulatory policy and the adaption of procedures to ensure these remain compliant
* Act as the Subject Matter Expert and a referral point for the wider team and senior managers
* Support the day-to-day administration of services to our clients and members
* Work closely with an off shored team who manage most of the daily case work as well as supporting a Complaints Manager with any technical and complex Pensions issues
Role Requirements
* Extensive Pensions Knowledge spanning Occupational DC/DB/Master Trust Schemes
* Demonstrable understanding of the FCA/TPR/Ombudsman policies and guidelines
* Proven Pensions Project Management skills (Regulatory and Legislative changes)
* Detail-oriented; Able to cross-check documentation for accuracy and technical relevance
