Job Description:
A leading property company is seeking a Lettings Administrator to be based on a high end Build-to-Rent site in Leeds.

Overview:

Job Title: BTR Lettings Administrator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days

The role:

The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for supporting the lettings team with leasing, marketing and renewals.

Responsibilities include:
* Provide a high level of customer service to residents
* Deal with resident enquiries
* Carry out property viewings on an ad hoc basis
* Conduct check in/outs and property inspections, ensuring apartments are ready for move ins
* Tenancy progression including referencing and drafting tenancy agreements
* Process paperwork for renewals
* Compile inventory reports
* Ensure lettings compliance is followed
The person:
* Prior experience in property administration is required
* Knowledge of lettings legislation
* Excellent customer service skills
* Highly organised
