Job Purpose * Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
* Supervision and preparation of end-end accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships
* Preparation of personal and partnership tax returns, including HNWIs
* Preparation of management accounts, including tax planning work
* Involvement in ad-hoc work projects including client transactions, M&A and raising finance
* Oversee client workflow and internal management of resources
* Supervise junior staff, including reviewing work and supporting their professional development
* Liaising with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries
* Identifying new processes and ways to increase efficiency
* Researching and interpreting changes to taxation and accounting regulations
* Championing your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities

Job Requirements * ACCA/ACA qualified
* A part-qualified candidate with strong experience would also be considered
* Recent experience working in UK practice
* Prior experience in Audit would be an advantage
* A proven track record of managing a client portfolio, including monitoring commercial aspects
* Strong working knowledge of software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
* Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation
* A team player who can also work autonomously
* A can-do attitude to problem-solving
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
